When wikis are introduced in enterprises, the task of knowledge management is transferred from a few (intranet) editors to many (or all) employees of the company. This makes it possible to document much more first hand knowledge, which is a good thing.

Unfortunately most of these new "editors" are usually not editors at all. Writing well structured text isn't the easiest thing to do. So facts are often just "dumped" somewhere in the wiki. This leads to valuable information being lost in bad page structure.

In this session I'd will present a new plugin for DokuWiki that aims to assist novice Wiki users with structuring their texts and help them to avoid common mistakes.
